DMCA Policy

Driller Design Co. ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

1. Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content hosted on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C § 512(c)(3) for further detail):

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL);
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an electronic mail address;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Driller Design Co. has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
